The beginning of
SBR Studios UK:

Founded by professional touring dancer, choreographer, videographer, and proud mum Shola B Riley, SBR Studios was created to be more than just a dance studio.
​
After years of performing internationally, Shola returned home to Nottingham and felt called to create a space where people could reconnect with themselves through movement, build confidence, and find a genuine sense of community.
​
Today, SBR Studios offers a welcoming environment where every individual is encouraged to grow at their own pace, celebrate their uniqueness, and step into the most confident version of themselves.

The SBR Heels Course

The SBR Heels Course is SBR Studios' signature six-week training programme, designed to develop technique, performance quality, confidence, and self-belief.
​
Through structured heels training, choreography, performance coaching, and mindset work, dancers are encouraged to challenge their inner critic, embrace their individuality, and grow both inside and outside the studio.
Whether you're new to heels or looking to refine your skills, the course provides a supportive environment where progress is celebrated and confidence is built.

SBR Collective

SBR Collective is the development and performance branch of SBR Studios, created for dancers looking to train with greater intention and gain real-world experience.
​
Through creative projects, performances, workshops, and collaborations, members have the opportunity to develop their versatility, confidence, and artistry within a supportive community.
At SBR Studios, movement is more than dance — it's a tool for confidence, connection, and personal growth.
