Founded by professional touring dancer, turned choreographer,  videographer and now mummacita, Shola B Riley. 

After performing internationally and experience all sides of the industry, Shola returned to her hometown of Nottingham, became a mother, and felt called to create a space where individuals, like herself could reconnect with themselves through movement.

SBR Studios was born from that need — for community, confidence, and womanhood — offering a welcoming environment where everyone is celebrated and supported to grow at their own pace.
